Owned and operated by graduates of Humber's Fitness and Health Promotion program, TrainMeFit's trainers are certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. You can rest assured you are recieving safe, effective training and counseling. TrainMeFit works with its clients to create permanent, healthy ways of life for the prevention of chronic disease.
